 1:White omelet with vegetables






You will need:



4 egg whites (or 2 entirety eggs)

2 tablespoons of new chopped spinach

1 tablespoon of green chime pepper cut into cubes

1 tablespoon of ruddy chime pepper cut into cubes

1 tablespoon of tomato cut into cubes

1 tablespoon of cheese

Green onions

Salt and pepper agreeing to taste

How to make it:



Grease a mug with vegetable oil. Whisk the egg whites, include all the fixings and blend well. Put in the microwave for one miniature, at that point blend and put the omelet back in for another 1-2 minutes until the eggs are totally cooked.



                                                      2: Meatballs in a mug







You will need:



2 tablespoons of milk

1 tablespoon of ketchup

2 tablespoons of moment oats flakes

3.5 oz (100 g) minced beef

Salt and pepper concurring to taste

How to make it:



Mix all the fixings in a bowl and form them into balls. Put the meatballs in a mug lubed with oil. Prepare in the microwave at tall control for three minutes. Serve with sauce or salted vegetables.

You will need:



1/4 container of flour

1 teaspoon of brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon of preparing powder

1/8 teaspoon of salt

1/2 tablespoon of butter

2 tablespoons of milk

1-2 tablespoons of solidified blueberries

A sprinkle of cinnamon

How to make it:
